Instructions to Authors
Submissions are invited for original research papers and extended abstracts (unpublished and not submitted elsewhere) and proposals for tutorials, workshops, panels, or demos that address the conference objectives. Authors must clearly explain the contribution of the work in terms of its theoretical and/or practical value and relationship to previous work. Submissions must be full papers of about 3000-4000 words, or extended abstracts of about 1000-1500 words, in English, at 12 points times roman, 1.5 line spacing, including references. Each submission must include a title, the name of each author, an abstract, a list of keywords, and a list of references. Accepted papers and extended abstracts and panel positions will appear in the conference proceedings. All submissions should be submitted electronically in either .sxw (OpenOffice), .doc, .rtf, .pdf or LATEX format on the conference website.
